Britain said Ukrainian forces are maintaining a counterattack north of Kharkiv, the second-largest city, and retaking several towns and villages towards the Russian border. Russia has reportedly withdrawn units from the area and forces are likely to redeploy after replenishing losses on the eastern bank of the Siverskyi Donets River.
