Denis Villeneuve, director of Dune, has confirmed that he’s nearly finished writing the script for Dune 2 and that the team is gearing up for filming. The world premiere of Dune 2 is scheduled for October 18, 2023. It is expected that it will include the entire original cast, as well as new actors.
