Walgreens will consider selling Shields Health for more than $4bn

Walgreens Boots Alliance is considering selling speciality pharmaceutical company Shields Health Solutions, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the situation. The report added that the sale could be valued at more than $4 billion.
