President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday warned Ukrainians to prepare for new waves of Russian attacks on infrastructure as winter approaches and said troops were expecting attacks in the eastern theatre of war. A military spokesman said Russian attacks on the devastated city of Avdeevka in the east of the country had eased over the past day but were likely to intensify in the coming days.
