The romantic comedy is being developed as a musical by director Jon M. Chu, who helmed the 2018 film. ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ will mark Chu’s Broadway debut, after directing the cinematic version of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s ‘In The Heights’ and working on the ‘Wicked’ adaptation.
