Israeli cyber company Claroty plans $3.5bn US IPO in 2025
Israeli cybersecurity startup Claroty is preparing a possible initial public offering in the US in 2025 at a valuation of $3.5bn, financial newspaper Calcalist reported on Tuesday. Calcalist, without citing sources, said Claroty is currently valued at $2.5bn and that it is meeting with underwriters about a stock offering on the Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange.
