U.S. sets record enrollment in Obamacare plans

More than 20 million Americans have signed up for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace so far this year, the highest number since the law was passed. More than 3.7 million people who have signed up for plans through 2024 are new enrollees.
