President Volodymyr Zelenskiy declared that Ukraine lacked air defence missiles to prevent thwarting a Russian missile attack last week, which destroyed the biggest power plant in the region of Kyiv. The comments made by the Ukrainian president reflect the dire situation the country finds itself in as Russia attacks its energy system.
